Description:
NIOSA food booths fill the space designated as "Navarro Plaza," part of the Mexican Market Area between the old City Public Service Building (now site of the Villita Assembly Building) on the left and the Arneson River Theater on the right. Look for the goat cart, which made the transition from the harvest festivals held at Mission San Jose to the streets of La Villita.
