Description:
These smiling gents tend the bar at the Gilded Cage, which featured a "Gay Nineties" can—can show and saloon inside the Villita Assembly Building. Stacks of cups and beer on tap are still a NIOSA tradition, although the German—themed Sauerkraut Bend has replaced the Gilded Cage.
