LIBRARY REOPENS
Library Reopens June 4, 2024
The library reopens the first week of June at its new location in the Courand House at 1146 S. Alamo. Appointments are still required in advance and can be made starting Tuesday, June 4th, by contacting librarian Beth Standifird at 210-224-6163 or bstandifird@saconservation.com.
Items in many of the most frequently used collections, such as clippings files, city directories on microfilm, scanned Sanborn Maps, and photographs, are accessible. Our book collection is still being unpacked. However, books with call numbers starting in the 725s (public structures) through the 970s, which includes San Antonio and regional history, are on the shelves.

The library is in the basement of the Courand House and is only accessible by stairs. ADA accommodations will be available on the first floor, as needed.
